Next-Door K9 Solutions LLC

Next-Door K9 Solutions offers professional dog training, behavioral consultations, and pet care services. By opting into our SMS service, you can expect to receive messages regarding training session reminders, progress updates on your pet, scheduling changes, and occasional tips or promotions regarding our training programs.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the +1 336-276-2190.

  • After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@nextdoork9solutions.com

  • Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequencies may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Refund requests for purchases of the Service are generally denied. Certain refund requests for purchases may be considered by Next-Door K9 Solutions LLC on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Next-Door K9 Solutions LLC.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Next-Door K9 Solutions LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
